Our History
EnPrint was established in 2009 from the Scottish Crop Research Institute in response to a market need for a fast and quantitative identification approach to a traditionally slow and monotonous process.
EnPrint is exploiting opportunities for molecular analytical methods in the environmental field, capitalizing on a “first-mover” advantage, following successful application of the technology in the medical industry.
EnPrint has spent three years proving and developing the concept, followed by two years of validation. EnPrint is ready to offer a commercial service, providing water quality analysis that gives an indication of the ecological health of a river, loch, lake or near-coastal water body.
